I chose Mr Maldonado becuase he helped me learn music and play instruments. I appreciate that he taught me because i can play for my grandparents.

Mr. Maldonado is an amazing teacher who truly cares about his students. He has a unique way of making learning fun and engaging, which is why I always look forward to going to his class. One thing that makes Mr. Maldonado awesome is his ability to connect with his students. He takes the time to get to know each of us individually and always makes us feel welcome and appreciated. He also uses a variety of teaching methods to keep us interested and motivated, such as using technology, hands-on activities, and group projects. Mr. Maldonado really goes above and beyond to let us know that he cares about us. He takes an interest in our lives and asks us about our interests and hobbies. He also makes himself available outside of class for extra help or just to chat. In addition to being a great teacher, Mr. Maldonado is also a great mentor. He encourages us to set goals and challenges us to reach our full potential. He provides constructive feedback and helps us to develop the skills we need to succeed in school and beyond. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Maldonado is always there to support us. He attends our extracurricular activities and events and shows a genuine interest in our lives outside of school. He is a role model for us and inspires us to be the best versions of ourselves. Overall, Mr. Maldonado is an awesome teacher who has made a positive impact on my life. He has helped me to become a more confident and successful student, and I am grateful for everything he has done for me.

He is always kind and helps you learn even when you have no clue of what to do . He sits there and listen to your problems and tell you how to fix it and he is the best teacher i ever had.

Mr. Maldonado is awesome because he is excited about music which is infectious to his students. Because of him, music spreads throughout the hallway of our school. Whatever, season or holiday we are celebrating he makes sure the students are welcomed with the tunes of the season by the band department. It was exciting to dance through the hallways during Mardi Gras. Also, our family loves to attend the Texans games. Wouldn't you know it, Mr. Maldonado is there playing the drums as a member of the Texans band. When you say a teacher is all in, you can say that about Mr. John Maldonado.

What makes Mr. Maldonado amazing is his teaching skills, encouragement, and charisma. These are the reasons I love this teacher. I would choose Mr. Maldonado before any other teacher, he is unique. Everyday I look forward to see him and participate in his class. He is the type of teacher that makes you love their class, rather than the type of teacher to annoy you and pressure you. He makes me feel confident and comfortable because he is supportive towards me. Mr. Maldonado makes me feel cared about too because he checks up on me in some sorts of ways. Sometimes he will ask me if im doing okay when I wasn’t. I may have not been honest to him but he checked up on me. That let’s me know he truly cares about me. He assist me with music at times when im not able to play it. He will instruct me how to play the music while being patient. Mr. Maldonado has helped me outside of class at times with things in general. When I wasn’t feeling well he talked to me and listened to me. I truly believe that he should be the teacher of the year.

Great director, he is always sensitive and understands when to stop. He makes sure that no one is hurt or bullied.
