Ms. Atteberry is an awesome teacher. I can say that because my daughter is always excited to go to school everyday! And I can tell that they always make fun and amazing activities in the class as I have seen my daughter’s school works! She cares for her students, she usually send us parents an update. And I know that she does everything and her best for her students! My daughter has improved a lot, she knows a lot now like reading and writing words and sentences. She’s an amazing and a supportive teacher to everyone! 🙂

You are the best, I realized that you're one of the best teachers for this year's Biology course, I love your way of teaching the kids and how it pushes some of them to make more efforts for the tests. Miss Hampton has supported me because every time we go to lunch she makes sure every student is in their seats so she can call on people with IDs no IDs and by color I Recognized her whenever we go to lunch.

Where do I even begin? Miss Skoglund has always been a nice person from the start. I remember just how shy she was when I first met her in 6th grade, in the first year she started working at our school, but despite her growing pains, she never failed to be one of the nicest people on campus. I'd even find myself feeling sad going to the next class after hers because of just how great of a person she was. Her qualities and tame attitude had motivated me to continue band, which indirectly convinced me to go to a different high school to continue band, and she has made a great influence on my life. I'd always tell Miss Skoglund how much of a great person she is, how she would be my favorite teacher no matter what. I can still recall my days of my life before I met Miss Skoglund, dealing with depression and struggling to feel any happiness, but since those days, I couldn't be any happier with her in my life. I only wish that I could still have her as my teacher for the rest of my time in school, because Miss Skoglund being my teacher is genuinely the best thing that has ever happened to me and will ever happen to me. There is no teacher I meet that will be better than her.

My teacher is awesome. After testing, she puts a movie on and doesn't let the good people suffer for the bad people. Some things in class that makes me excited is partner work with classmates. How she shows that she cares about me is when she says I miss you and I will never forget you when you go to the next grade. She hype you up and say you can do it. She support me by saying good luck on the LEAP.

Ms. Jones has been more than a teacher this year—she has been a true advocate, nurturer, and leader for my daughter, Madison, and for so many students in her classroom. What makes Ms. Jones truly exceptional is her ability to see each child individually and respond to their needs with both compassion and intention. Madison has ADHD, and with that comes unique challenges—especially around focus, energy levels, and even appetite throughout the day. Ms. Jones didn’t just recognize these challenges—she met them with understanding and action. Whether it was making sure Madison had access to snacks when she needed them, checking in when she wasn’t feeling well, or creating an environment where she could stay focused without unnecessary distractions, Ms. Jones consistently showed that she cares deeply about the whole child—not just academics. She also creates a classroom environment that makes students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Ms. Jones is intentional about where students are placed and how they interact, ensuring that children like Madison can thrive without becoming overwhelmed. That level of awareness and proactive care is something that truly sets her apart. Beyond care, Ms. Jones builds confidence. She consistently placed Madison in leadership roles, allowing her to grow, take ownership, and see herself as capable and strong. Because of Ms. Jones, Madison has stepped into leadership not only among her peers but even among older students. Her confidence has grown tremendously this year, and that growth is directly tied to the encouragement and belief Ms. Jones has poured into her. What also stands out is Ms. Jones’ communication. One of the most meaningful experiences this year was Madison’s involvement in the Ladies of Distinction Club. After feeling disappointed she couldn’t participate previously, Ms. Jones helped make that opportunity a reality. Not only did Madison join—she thrived. She found joy, purpose, and even leadership within that space, which has been incredibly impactful for her personal growth. Ms. Jones doesn’t just teach lessons—she builds people. She has helped shape Madison into a more confident, resilient, and self-aware young lady. After experiencing teachers in the past who did not always meet her needs, this year has been a complete transformation—and Ms. Jones is the reason why. She is the kind of educator every child deserves and every parent hopes for. Her impact will go far beyond this school year, and I am deeply grateful for the role she has played in Madison’s life. Ms. Borders has been an absolute cornerstone in my daughter Madison’s academic journey this year. As her instructional pullout teacher supporting her IEP in reading and language arts, Ms. Borders has not only helped Madison grow—she has helped her soar. What makes Ms. Borders truly exceptional is her ability to combine skill, consistency, and genuine care. Madison has made tremendous progress this year, surpassing goals we once thought would take much longer to reach. That growth is a direct reflection of the intentional techniques, patience, and encouragement Ms. Borders brings into every session. Beyond academics, Ms. Borders has empowered Madison with something even more valuable—self-advocacy. She has taught her how to understand her needs, speak up for herself, and take ownership of her success. That confidence will carry with Madison far beyond the classroom. As a parent, I cannot say enough about Ms. Borders’ communication. She consistently keeps me informed—whether it’s updates on Madison’s progress, insights related to her IEP, or recommendations when it’s time to adjust goals because Madison is exceeding expectations. I always feel like a true partner in my child’s education because of her. What makes her impact even more meaningful is the contrast from past experiences. Last year, we struggled with inconsistency, lack of communication, and limited support in this same area. Ms. Borders has been the complete opposite—reliable, present, proactive, and deeply invested. She restored my confidence in what support services should truly look like for a child. When I learned that Ms. Borders would not be moving up with Madison next year, I was genuinely emotional. She has been such a vital part of my decision to keep my daughter at this school. That alone speaks volumes about her impact. Ms. Borders is also simply a joy as a person. Every interaction—whether in meetings or passing in the hallway—is warm, respectful, and genuine. She brings a positive energy that students and parents feel immediately, and Madison absolutely notices and appreciates that as well. Ms. Borders is more than an educator—she is an advocate, a partner, and a bright light in the school community. I am deeply grateful for the difference she has made in my daughter’s life, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves to be recognized for the incredible work she does.

I wanted to let Mrs. Maxwell knows that I really appreciate everything she has done for my nephew this school year. She has helped me tremendously by keeping me informed of missing homework, any behavioral issues, and any accomplishments. She keeps all lines of communication open with any questions I may have when it comes to her curriculum. She is an awesome Teacher!!!! My nephew has learned so much and he talks about her all the time and loves inviting her to his baseball games. I wanted her to know how much I appreciate her!!

I'm beyond Grateful for Mrs.Pinotti. she have been teacher of both of my boys and she is an AMAZING teacher. My boys have learn so much with her. She have been supportive and always taken her time to teach and help the kids. For parent meetings the communicatio with her is great.

I would like to nominate Mrs. Glennon, my daughter Marissa’s special education teacher, for the incredible impact she has made in our lives. As a child with autism, Marissa faces challenges with communication, emotional regulation, and transitions. Mrs. Glennon has created a safe and supportive environment where Marissa feels understood and accepted. One moment that truly stood out was when Mrs. Glennon implemented a coping strategy to help Marissa during meltdowns. She took the time to understand her needs and introduced a technique that has made a lasting difference—not only at school but at home as well. Because of this, Marissa is learning how to better manage her emotions in a healthy way. Mrs. Glennon consistently communicates with me as a parent, offering guidance and support without judgment. I truly feel like we are a team working together for Marissa’s success. Thanks to her dedication, Marissa has grown more confident, emotionally aware, and happy. Mrs. Glennon is more than a teacher—she is making a life-changing difference, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she does.

I would like to nominate Mrs. Leadon, my daughter Marissa’s homeroom teacher, for the meaningful impact she has made on my child’s growth this year. Since Mrs. Leadon began working with Marissa, I have seen tremendous progress. Marissa has unique learning needs, and what stands out most is how Mrs. Leadon took the time to truly understand how she learns best. Instead of expecting her to fit into a standard approach, she adapted her teaching to meet Marissa where she is. Because of this, Marissa has become more engaged, more confident, and more comfortable in the classroom. She is not only learning academically, but also growing in ways that are helping her feel successful and capable every day. Mrs. Leadon’s support, patience, and dedication have not gone unnoticed. As a parent, I am incredibly thankful and grateful for the effort she puts into helping Marissa thrive. It means so much to know that my daughter has a teacher who genuinely cares about her success.
