Ms. Hayden holds John accountable for his actions good or bad and also give positive reinforcement when needed. I had to laugh at a comment my son John said one day as I was correcting him, he said "you and Ms. Hayden are alike. She is strict but funny and I'm like her son because we are a chatter box 🙂 "
