Max started the school year very nervous about learning Spanish again and it has taken him several months to find his rhythm with it especially in the virtual environment. Ms. Patty has overcome the challenge of a tough time spot (the last live instruction of Max's day) in addition to teaching a subject that Max wasn't comfortable with. She has been so patient and worked so hard to convey enthusiasm and excitement through the computer at seeing Max every day and at the work he has been doing. Max now looks forward to her class, in particular writing Spanish consonant and vowel combinations, because he sees how happy she is at his hard work.
