Mrs. Hakim, the social worker at Nora, is a champion for all of the students at Nora and their families. She works hard in our diverse community to make sure that families have what they need for their students to be happy, healthy and successful at school. She helps organize or school food pantry. Personally, she has helped my daughter through a few challenges over the last 3 years. Mrs. Hakim is someone my daughter feels safe and comfortable with - an adult she can count on when she needs support. I know that many other students at Nora feel the same way.
