STUDENT RECOGNITION STORY

In my English classes, I always knew I needed to improve, but I never knew how until I met Ms. Henry. Ms. Henry might come off as a tough teacher, yes she is tough, but in a good way, she pushes me to my full potential. I remember days where I would submit my writings in her class, and I wouldn't get the score I wanted. That made me want to improve and work harder. I am grateful to ms. Henry, because she taught me that you can not settle for less, you have to go above and beyond, and that is what I learned to do in my writings. Even though I still have a long way to go and still have more to learn. Now with some of my writings, I am proud to say I wrote them thanks to her. Often we want everything the easy way, but I like the fact that when I submitted my writings she just didn't give me a good grade she gave me an honest grade. Encouraging
